Ratings Analysis: ABC's 'Bachelor in Paradise' (0.81) took a noticeable hit for its first Tuesday episode, losing more than two full tenths from the night before. 'The Ultimate Surfer' (0.34) almost seemed resilient in comparison, tying Monday's premiere despite a significant lead-in downgrade. 'Surfer' is still far from a strong performer, but this rating looks slightly better now than it did on Monday. On NBC, 'America's Got Talent' (0.85) lost a few hundredths and found itself at a rounded 0.9 instead of a solid 0.9. 'Capital One College Bowl' (0.40) saw no meaningful movement in the 10pm hour. Fox experienced some minor growth with 'Lego Masters' (0.50) and 'Fantasy Island' (0.33), but both programs remained at the same rounded rating. 'Stargirl' (0.14) and 'Supergirl' (0.12) were once more in the 0.1 range on the CW. CBS had 0.3s across the board with reruns of 'NCIS' (0.29), 'FBI' (0.26), and 'FBI: Most Wanted' (0.28).
