INT. APARTMENT HALLWAY - DAY

SUPER: PREVIOUSLY ON WRITER’S BLOCK…

Out of Mike’s apartment, random moaning erupts.

Will, minding his own business, overhears the commotion.

WILL
Okay now, why do I hear moaning coming from Mike’s apartment?

Mark then follows close behind.

MARK
Don’t tell me he’s having sex right now.

Will nods at Mark.

BACK TO PRESENT EPISODE.

The moaning continues.

An annoyance rises from Will’s face as he shrugs.

Mark gives out a dumbfounded look.

WILL
Sounds like it.

MARK
Should we go in?

Will then shrugs.

INT. CAR - DAY

Yes, that transition was a little jarring. We are in the car with Jack and Noah.

Jack is counting the budget of the previous tours.

Suddenly, he points at something.

JACK
Would you look at that? It’s a billboard for Writer’s Block.

NOAH
The plan was foiled. Character was more eccentric than me.

JACK
On the bright side, we have more than enough for rent in case we get kicked out of the…

NOAH
Don’t speak that into existence.

JACK
What’s the worst that can happen?

EXT. BUNKER - DAY

The car returns to the bunker.

Then Jack and Noah get out of the car.

INT. BUNKER LIVING ROOM - DAY

Jack and Noah then sit together on the sofa.

Noah grabs the remote.

He switches on the television. And you guessed it.

INSERT - PROMO COMMERCIAL,

revealing a promo for Writer’s Block.

NOAH
You gotta be f****** kidding me!

Jack then turns to Noah.

JACK
Noah, you know it’s over now. We need to focus on our scripts.

NOAH
That’s Plan C. What about Plan B? Exposing the show on the internet?

JACK
Doesn’t end well.

Jack then takes his laptop and shows it to Noah.

JACK (CONT'D)
That show is getting all the acclaim before it even airs.

NOAH
So what? Every show does.

Noah then shrugs and turns to Jack.

NOAH (CONT'D)
Until it gets canceled.

JACK
Mike will deal with that later. But now, we’re in a quiet space. We’re going to write some scripts. Now, can we turn the TV off and just get to work?

Jack and Noah then get up off the sofa.

INT. APARTMENT HALLWAY - DAY

The moaning continues.

Will snickers.

Mark shrugs as he paces back and forth.

MARK
Look. I’m going in.

Mark attempts to open the door when he hears a voice coming from the apartment.

JILL (O.S.)
Ohhhhhhhhhh!!!!! Faster, Michael, faster!

Mark and Will turn towards each other in shock.

MARK/WILL
Jill?!?

Will then motions towards the door.

WILL
You’re right, Mark. Time to come in.

The door opens.

INT. MIKE’S APARTMENT LIVING ROOM - DAY

Will and Mark storm the living room.

They discover clothes on the floor and a closed bedroom door.

MARK
Just as I suspect.

Five minutes later, the moaning stops.

INT. MIKE’S BEDROOM - DAY

Jill and Mike are cuddling under the covers.

Both of them take a deep breath.

Jill looks up at Mike.

JILL
That was awesome.

MIKE
I enjoyed that more than I thought I…

The door suddenly opens.

MIKE (CONT'D)
What the hell?

Will and Mark enter the room.

Jill and Mike look up at Will and Mark with a horrified look.

Will and Mark’s jaws hit the floor.

WILL
What the f***?

Will then flees the room.

Mike then grabs a sheet while Jill hides under the covers.

MIKE
This is not what it looks like.

MARK
What it looks like?

Mark then holds up Mike’s clothes, infuriated.

On the next Writer’s Block, the writing begins and the confrontation continues.
