Black Lightning premiered to an initial 0.8 A18-49 rating, retaining 100% of its Flash lead-in. Because it's a brand new show, this is enough to start it as likely to be renewed. As it is early, predictions change. Stay tuned.
As for Dynasty, there's no ignoring the notion that in-season Friday moves usually signal death sentences for shows. Dynasty's Netflix deal got it 22 episodes, but with expensive filming costs in Atlanta, plus the fact that it's one of the lowest rated shows on the CW, the show remains likely to be canceled.
