TV Ratings 3/8/17: Beyond Borders Premieres at Series Low, Designated Survivor Returns Strong,Survivor Premieres Down (UPDATED)

Last night was one of the busiest Wednesdays in quite some time. CBS, with two season premieres, is having the biggest night. Survivor was down from its Fall premiere, while Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders started season 2 way down from its 1.3 average for season one. On ABC, Designated Survivor returned up, while all four comedies took hits, including a series low 1.9 for Modern Family. Fox's Lethal Weapon returned down after a week off, while Star held steady.

Finals Update: Star (+0.1) adjusted up. Repeats of SVU (both -0.1), and a repeat of Arrow (-0.1) adjusted down.
