What’s Trending on Streaming: Daily Trending Lists for Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, Paramount+ and Max from March 9-March 15

It's time for another week of streaming updates, with a look at the top ten (and fifteen) charts of Hulu, Disney+, Peacock, Paramount+ and Max, as several series premiere this week to shake things up.

Hulu:
It was another week on Hulu with a diverse group of #1 shows, with six different series reaching the top of the chart this week. Paradise was the only show to do it twice, at the start of the week, descending down the chart for the remainder of the week, going as low as #14. American Idol had a similar trajectory, debuting at #11, rising to #1 when taking a full day of streaming into account, and then dropping as low as #15 by week's end, slipping off the chart entirely on Saturday. The Bachelor similarly went from #1 to the near-bottom of the chart, though like Paradise, its low point was #14, and it charted all week. The Rookie charted six times this week, with a below-average performance at the start of the week due to being off the previous Tuesday. Once a new episode dropped, though, it rose to #1, and stayed in the top five for the remainder of the week. The Kardashians also hit #1 and spent the entire week in the top ten. 9-1-1 closed out the week at #1, charting in the top ten five days this week and spending two days at #12. Most ABC shows charted this week, with Grey's Anatomy and Will Trent being the highest-charting series not to hit #1. Will Trent charted four days this week. Like The Rookie, not airing the week before kept it off the chart at the start of the week. Grey's Anatomy charted the entire week, though, though it spent three days out of the top ten. Doctor Odyssey remained the weak link of the Thursday block on streaming, charting four of seven days, and peaking at #5, as did Shifting Gears.  Abbott Elementary charted six days and peaked at #3. 20/20 charted four days, and peaked at #6. Shark Tank made a rare appearance at #15 on Sunday. The $100,000 Pyramid, Celebrity Jeopardy! and What Would You Do all missed out on the chart. Doc was back this week after a week off, and was the highlight of the week for Fox on Hulu. It peaked at #3, and charted four days, having fallen off the chart due to the brief hiatus. Extracted charted strong on Wednesday, at #4, but was off the chart entirely after two days. Rescue: HI-Surf had a better showing this week, with three chart appearances and a #5 peak. The Floor charted three days as week, peaking at #7. The Masked Singer continued to chart for just a single day, at #11. Next Level Chef peaked at #6 amid four chart appearances, with fellow Ramsay series Kitchen Nightmares charting one day and peaking at #7. Fox comedy remained a barren wasteland, with Family Guy being the only representative on the Hulu charts. It continued to underperform expectations, peaking at #9 among just two appearances on the chart this week. Fellow cartoons Grimsburg, Krapopolis and The Great North all failed to chart, as did Animal Control and Going Dutch, which ended their seasons this week. Devil in the Family stayed strong this week, peaking at #2, though it was clearly on the decline by week's end.

Disney+:
After weeks of TV leading the way consistently on Disney+, a film was back at #1 at the back half of the week, as Moana 2 made its anticipated debut on the streaming service. The first Moana has been an absolute powerhouse on Disney+, and charted for several weeks at #1 back when Moana 2 first hit theaters, so Moana 2 dominating the chart is no surprise. Its launch was strong enough for the singalong version of the film to also chart at #5 the first two days it was on Disney+. Daredevil: Born Again was the only other entry to chart at #1 this week on Disney+, doing so for the first four days of the week. IT was down to #2 once Moana 2 came along, but was surprisingly also out-streamed by Win or Lose on Friday and Saturday, as the Pixar series pulled ahead to rank #2 on the chart those days. Win or Lose charted #2 six days of the last week, dropping to #4 on Thursday. A behind-the-scenes look at making the series also charted three days this week. ABC's American Idol charted twice on Disney+, entering at #3, dropping to #5, and then off the list entirely the day after that. Hulu original Paradise charted the first five days of the week before dropping off the chart. Devil in the Family remained on the chart through the week. Films charting multiple days this week included the Avengers films (which all departed from the chart by week's end), Spider-Man: Homecoming, the 2015 live-action Cinderella, and Lilo & Stitch 2.

Note: Disney+ is the only service not to provide a separate list for TV shows and movies. On this chart, movies are listed in bold.

Peacock:
It was another strong week on Peacock for Law & Order: SVU, though once again, it was blocked from a sweep of the #1 spot at the very end of the week. It topped the chart the first five days of the week, but newly-launched Peacock original miniseries Long Bright River, starring Amanda Seyfried, debuted strong at #1 on Friday, and held onto that spot on Saturday. The domination of SVU did not carry over to its parent series, Law & Order, which charted a whopping zero times this week. SVU lead-out Found, which has recently had something of a resurgence on Peacock, didn't look all that strong this week, only finding itself on the chart once, at #10 on Saturday. Things were a bit unusual in the world of Chicago, as Chicago Med remained the strongest of the trip on Hulu for most of the week. Med wasn't the only Chicago that beat PD this week, as Fire also pulled ahead of it, leaving PD in a rare position as the weakest Chicago on Peacock for the majority of the week. Suits LA continued to break onto the chart on Tuesdays, at #9 yet again. Surprisingly, though, it was joined by lead-out Grosse Pointe Garden Society, which charted at #10 - its first-ever appearance on the Peacock chart. Like Suits LA, it was gone by the next day. That was still better than The Hunting Party and The Irrational, which both failed to chart yet again. The network's three comedies also failed to chart this week. Dateline NBC made a surprising entry onto the chart, its first appearance all season. The Voice and Saturday Night Live also charted for a single day. The Traitors left the chart after six appearances this week, most likely capping off its Peacock run until it returns. Bravo again have several entries on he chart, with the return of The Real Housewives of Atlanta being a highlight, charting four days.

Paramount+:
1923 was the top offering on Paramount+ for the majority of the week, topping the chart four times. The rest of the week, it was CBS hits leading the way. Up first was Survivor, which made a surprising trip to #1. It's the hit reality show's only time topping the chart since this column began in October. Its performance last week, where it peaked at #3, was its previous best showing. Survivor also charted twice this week, when it typically fell off the chart after only one day. Ghosts also charted at #1 on Thursday, after spending the entire week within the top ten. Fire Country finished the week by returning to #1. Tracker peaked at #2 this week, and charted six days in all. After several weeks of charting at #4, Watson dropped down the list and charted at #8 for its lone appearance on Monday. The Equalizer charted at #10, after several weeks of not charting at all. The network's Monday shows did not air this week, but NCIS still charted the engirt week, and toward the top of the chart. The Neighborhood, rented for a final season this week, charted four days in all, more days than last week, when it did air a new episode. FBI charted two days, peaking at #3, but its spinoffs didn't chart for their first airings since their cancellations. Georgie & Mandy charted two days this week, peaking higher than usual at #4. Matlock also charted strong, peaking at #3 and charting two days. Elsbeth charted a bit better than last week as well, charting at #9 for its single appearance. SWAT had its best chart showing of the season at #7 on Saturday. For the first time this season, Yellowjackets didn't hit #1 at all this week, peaking at #2 over four appearances on the chart. School Spirits, which ended last week, charted the first five days of the week before slipping off the chart.

Max:
It was another week of The White Lotus and The Pitt sharing the #1 spot one the chart, with The White Lotus again topping the chart four times and The Pitt topping it three times. Once again, The White Lotus's worst showing was second place, while The Pier dropped as low as fourth this week, thanks to some increased completion from the Sunday night HBO block. The Righteous Gemstones made its final return this week after having charted on Max for the week leading up to its premiere. It peaked at #2 on the chart this week, and never went lower than #4. Last Week Tonight with John Oliver was another strong entry from HBO's Sunday night lineup, peaking at #3 (down from #2 last week, with Gemstones knocking it down a spot) and charting through the week. Fellow HBO talker Real Time with Bill Maher remained weaker in general, charting three times in the last week, but it managed to peak just as high. Max's Harley Quinn charted three days this week, with a #4 peak. Kobe Bryant documentary The Making of a Legend, which originally aired on CNN, charted four days, and peaked at #5. Fellow basketball documentary Celtics City charted twice, weaker than the previous week. TLC had several options on the chart as well, with Baylen Out Loud once again remaining the highlight, peaking at #3 and charting six days of the last week. The Baldwins charted just once, while 90 Day Fiancé charted four times, and its spinoff, The Last Resort, charted twice.
