Ratings Analysis: Back from a week off, CBS's 'The Neighborhood' (0.61, +0.07) rose by seven-hundredths and was the top scripted broadcast of the evening. Dramas 'NCIS' (0.54, +0.07) and 'NCIS: Hawai'i' (0.41, +0.03) also made some gains, but sitcom 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.49, -0.02) lost some momentum at 8:30. NBC's 'Kenan' (0.37, +0.02) went two-hundredths higher than the 8pm episode from the week prior and led into a repeat of itself (0.27). At 9, 'That's My Jam' (0.44, +0.03) inched up for the second week in a row, but 'Ordinary Joe' (0.20, -0.03) slipped to a new low at 10. ABC won the night altogether with 'Wild Card Kickoff' (1.23) and a softer 'Cardinals v. Rams' NFL game (2.73). Fox decided not to air originals against the football game, instead supplying reruns of '9-1-1: Lone Star' (0.29) and 'The Cleaning Lady' (0.22).
