HouseBroken will be getting some more time to get broken in. Fox has ordered a second season of the animated comedy, despite modest ratings throughout its run. The show has been on hiatus for a few weeks due to the Olympics, but before that was averaging 0.27 in the 18-49 demo, consistently holding at 0.3s since its May premiere. Those ratings are better than the already-renewed Housebroken lead-out, Duncanville, and are basically on-par with the late-season airings of fall-bound freshman The Great North, which is already renewed through its third season. Its renewal is a clear sign that Fox is continuing its commitment to an expanded animation block. The network has touted HouseBroken's gains in streaming and delayed viewing, calling it the second-most streamed animated series on Hulu and Fox Now. Lisa Kudrow voices the main character on HouseBroken alongside Nat Faxon, Tony Hale, Clea DuVall (who co-created the series), Will Forte, Sharon Horgan, Sam Richardson and Jason Mantzoukas. This is a correct prediction for The TV Ratings Guide.
