Monday TV Ratings 11/16/20: The Neighborhood Premieres Strong, Bob Hearts Abishola Returns Decently as All Rise Does OK, Dancing with the Stars and The Voice Drop (UPDATED)

Preliminary Analysis: The third season of CBS comedy 'The Neighborhood' (0.9) debuted in strong fashion, matching its September 2019 start and tying a declining 'Voice' for the top spot of the night. Lead-out comedy 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.7) was two-tenths below its year-ago series premiere (0.9) while dramas 'All Rise' (0.6) and 'Bull (0.5) fell a tenth and two-tenths respectively from where they were in fall 2019. NBC's 'The Voice' (0.9) shed one-tenth from last week while 'Weakest Link' (0.5) held even. On ABC, 'Dancing with the Stars' (0.8) and 'The Good Doctor' (0.5) were each down a notch, as were 'LA's Finest' (0.3) and 'Filthy Rich' (0.2) on Fox. The CW had steady showings of 'Whose Line' (0.2) and 'Penn & Teller' (0.2). In-between was a surprisingly strong 'Whose Line' repeat (0.3).

Finals Update: 'The Good Doctor' (+0.1) adjusted up. 'The Neighborhood' (-0.1), 'All Rise' (-0.1), 'Bull' (-0.1), 'Penn & Teller: Fool Us' (-0.1), and the repeat of 'Whose Line?' adjusted down.
