’Great News’ Canceled After Two Seasons

NBC has decided to cancel Great News after two seasons. The sitcom took place in the world of television news and starred Briga Heelan and Andrea Martin. The second season of the comedy averaged a meager 0.73 in the Adults 18-49 demographic. The finale garnered an abysmal 0.5 rating. The series was down about 7% from its season one average. Great News was created by Tracey Wigfield and Tina Fey was an executive producer on the show. Check out all of our Great News reviews here.
