Mr. Robot ticked up to 0.22. MSNBC's Morning Joe was down to 0.12, while Deadline: White House was steady at 0.15 and Velshi & Ruhle ticked up to 0.11. Wolf on CNN was down to 0.18. Fox News's The Ingraham Angle came in at 0.24. Conan on TBS was up to 0.15.
