Scrubs (0.66/0.55) made a triumphant return to ABC on Wednesday night, maintaining a strong Adults 18-49 ratings presence for the full hour. At nine, The Greatest Average American (0.27) dropped dramatically from there for its series debut. But while ABC got success out of Scrubs, it was CBS's Survivor (0.95) that ultimately posted the night's highest rating, barreling past every rating from the fall for its season premiere. On Fox, The Masked Singer (0.24, -0.06) dealt with a sharp decline, but Fear Factor: House of Fear (0.28, +0.07) surged. NBC aired repeats of The Voice (0.25) and Chicago PD (0.18).
