Ratings Analysis: Coming off of a three-month hiatus, ABC's 'The Good Doctor' (0.38, -0.11) only managed to tie its series low and retained less than half of a rising edition of 'The Bachelor' (0.77, +0.10). Despite its tepid return, 'Good Doctor' more than doubled what 'Promised Land' (0.18) posted in its slot last week. On CBS, 'The Neighborhood' (0.61, -0.11), 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.55, -0.03), 'NCIS' (0.52, -0.09), and 'NCIS: Hawai'i' (0.35, -0.12) all took a hit, with 'Hawai'i' sinking to a new series low. After posting some respectable ratings for their respective debuts, NBC's 'America's Got Talent: Extreme' (0.52, -0.19) and drama 'The Endgame' (0.32, -0.14) suffered the steepest drops of the night. Fox's '9-1-1: Lone Star' (0.63, +0.05) rebounded a bit, but 'The Cleaning Lady' (0.39) held flat at its low. 'All American' (0.14, -0.03) and 'All American: Homecoming' (0.10, -0.04) declined by three-hundredths and four-hundredths respectively on the CW.
