One of Hallmark's longest-running original series is coming to an end - and soon. Good Witch will not return for an eighth season and will end its run later on July 25 after a seven-season run. The series is based on the Hallmark original film series of the same name. Seven Good Witch movies were released on Hallmark Channel from 2008 to 2014, before the network adapted it a full-blown series in 2015. Catherine Bell, Catherine Disher and Peter MacNeill have starred in the series since the first film, and were joined by James Denton, Kylee Evans, Marc Bendavid and Katherine Barrell. The show has been a solid ratings player for Hallmark since its inception, but saw a noticeable 25% drop in the ratings this season with a 0.12 18-49 average.
