Andy Cohen To Replace Anderson Cooper on AC360

CNN is making changes to its prime time lineup. Longtime anchor Anderson Cooper is leaving his prime time show and handing the responsibilities over to friend and Real Housewives executive producer Andy Cohen.

Cohen brings an impressive resume to CNN. He has experience in front of the camera through hosting Watch What Happens Live on Bravo, where he moderates discussion from stars of the Real Housewives franchise.

AC360 will not change in style. Cohen will continue Cooper’s legacy of providing coverage of major news events and holding interviews with world leaders. He will also open the show with a monologue expressing his thoughts on the political news of the day.

AC360 is set to premiere on June 31, 2021 with special guests Vice President Kamala Harris, former President George W. Bush, and mayoral candidate Barbara Kavovit.
