Wednesday TV Ratings 11/10/21: CMA Awards Lead the Night and Hold Steady with 2020, Chicago Fire and Chicago PD Slip, The Masked Singer Steady (UPDATED)


Ratings Analysis: After taking a noticeable hit in 2020, the '55th Annual CMA Awards' (1.12) was completely steady with the 54th ceremony (1.1) and led ABC to a rare Wednesday-night win. CBS's 'Survivor' (0.95, -0.02) shed two-hundredths and settled for second place but struggling lead-out programs 'Tough As Nails' (0.39, +0.02) and 'CSI: Vegas' (0.36, +0.03) were actually on the rise. On Fox, 'The Masked Singer' (0.89, -0.03) ticked down to a new series low as 'Alter Ego' (0.38, +0.01) got back a hundredth. 'Chicago Med' (0.71, -0.01), 'Chicago Fire' (0.70, -0.08), and 'Chicago PD' (0.65, -0.04) were all down by varying degrees on NBC. The CW's 'Legends of Tomorrow' (0.09, +0.01) gained a hundredth while 'Batwoman' (0.08, -0.01) lost one.

Finals Update: 'Chicago Fire' (+0.1) and 'Survivor' (+0.1) adjusted up.
